This is a very elegant ladies Rolex Orchid small case watch. It has a solid 18 carat yellow gold case with a matt silver dial and polished gold hands and diamond shaped hour markers. The movement is a hand wound mechanical movement. Fitted with a genuine lizard blue/black leather strap and original buckle.
