Description
The silversmith Gerald Benney was a contemporary of Georg Jensen and was influenced by his work along with modern Scandinavian design. This modernist paperweight has two bark style textured surfaces with the others being smooth polished surfaces with large feature hallmarks. The marks include the full sterling silver London hallmarks and makers mark on one side whilst the reverse has the mark of a company who presented the paperweight as a gift.
