Where your data is held

All information you provide to us is stored securely and treated with care and respect. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.

We may hold your data on our website and our POS system in store, or in our 3rd-party systems:

  • Zettle POS for processing in store transactions, sms or emailing receipts
  • Dropbox for storing files and data
  • Google Analytics – to measure our website and user experience
  • Braintree & Paypal for processing online card payments
  • Xero for accounting.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict access procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Who has access to your data
